Am by far prefect...however I do try and learn from the mistake I've made in my life.  I guess that's why I'm making damn sure teaching Little lady and Jr. top notch.  I work in a system that have examples everyday of parents that either are too young or to "in love" to notice the little people need them.

Answering the phones for DHS is so hard sometimes, that I don't even want to hear most of the calls now.  It breaks my heart when a parent calls in to report their child is/has been abused some kind of way. Even hearing the elderly asking for help weighs heavy on my heart.  I don't understand how grown children can even forget about their parents.

  1. working in social services can definitely be hard....it's so important to love our children the best way possible because there are so many kids whose parents are not loving them! glad i found you through sverve!

    1. Thank you Mrs. Pancakes! I'm use to being in the classroom and not knowing a lot about a child's life style at home. So....it's hard to exactly hear these things.
